St. Francis Lutheran Church

San Francisco, CA
Community & Recreational | Religious

Designed in a Nordic Gothic style and completed in 1906, St. Francis Lutheran Church is a wood-frame structure with brick veneer. Carey & Co. worked with the St. Francis Lutheran Church Building Committee to rehabilitate the chancel, nave, and narthex of this venerable old church to its original configuration.  Rehabilitation involved the redesign of inappropriate alterations to the interiors, and the upgrade of life safety features to meet current codes.
